About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our growing People & Culture team.

As a HR Advisor you will provide practical, responsive and accurate HR support across our residential aged care facilities, Head Office and home care.

You will play a key role in onboarding, employee administration, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting payroll and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Prepare employment contracts, variations and employment documentation.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures,



Awards and Agreements.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems.
- Support payroll processing and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
- Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations as required.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and workforce data analysis.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Assist with recruitment activities when required.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle.
- The ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements and workplace policies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, HR and payroll systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.
