With the business and workforce continuing to grow, now seeking an organised and proactive HR & Administration Coordinator to join the team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on employee onboarding, inductions, staff records, compliance and day-to-day HR coordination.
You will take ownership of ensuring employees have the correct documentation, licences, inductions and site requirements in place, while working closely with the Scheduling Manager to keep the crews organised, compliant and ready for work.
Initial training period 2 weeks - 3 days per week 9am to 2pm
Full Time: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation and inductions
- Maintain employee records, induction matrices, licences, tickets and compliance requirements
- Monitor expiry dates and follow up outstanding employee documentation
- Coordinate client and site-specific inductions and FIFO mobilisation requirements
- Support the Scheduling Manager with workforce, roster and scheduling administration
- Liaise with employees, clients and contractors regarding inductions and upcoming work
- Assist with travel, accommodation and workforce bookings as required
- Provide general HR and office administration support to management
About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised,
confident with people and genuinely enjoys employee and HR coordination.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in HR administration, legal administration, recruitment, onboarding, inductions or workforce coordination
- Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience maintaining employee records and compliance documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- The confidence to follow up outstanding requirements and see tasks through to completion
- A professional and discreet approach to confidential employee matters
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within legal, construction, civil, mining, transport, industrial services or another operational workforce environment will be highly regarded.
