The opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded HR Data & Analytics Specialist who can transform workforce data into meaningful insights that drive better people and business decisions.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong reporting and analytical capability with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, tell a compelling story with data, and influence workforce strategy. While experience with HR systems and data sources is important, success in this role comes from understanding workforce trends, identifying business risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations.

How will you make an impact

- Deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable recommendations on areas such as attrition, retention, diversity, recruitment, organisational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, translating complex data into clear and meaningful business outcomes.




- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
- Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders to ensure consistent workforce metrics and reporting methodologies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across workforce data sources.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled analytics, and innovative reporting solutions.
- Build data literacy and analytical capability across the People & Culture team.

About You You are an experienced workforce analytics professional who enjoys uncovering insights from data and influencing better business decisions. You are naturally curious, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging with leaders at all levels to explain workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.You can move beyond simply producing reports to providing meaningful analysis, recommendations, and strategic workforce insights.

You will bring:

- 5+ years' experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modelling, visualisation, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of workforce and HR metrics including headcount, FTE, turnover, retention, diversity, recruitment, remuneration, organisational design, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse workforce data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (including Workday), payroll, finance,



and organisational data sources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through evidence-based insights.
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- A passion for using data to solve business problems and improve organisational outcomes.
