Epic Air Commercial is a well-established (over 18 years) and reputable HVAC, Mechanical Services and Design organisation in Melrose Park, Sydney, NSW. Specialising in design, installation and maintenance across class 2 projects, commercial projects and high-end homes. We are approaching another stage of growth that requires another professional to join our service and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of air conditioning units
- Conduct HAVC services, preventative maintenance and repairs for commercial, domestic and strata clients

- Fault diagnostic and solutions

- Breakdown repairs
- Maintain adherence to all safety, company and manufacturer standards and procedures
- Communicate directly with clients to schedule jobs
- Complete reports on each completed work via management app

Qualifications & experience





- Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- ARCTICK licence
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current valid Australian drivers licence
- Current White Card
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solution driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using SimPRO management app for scheduling and reporting purposes
- Willingness to partake in our on-call roster
