About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for HVAC Mechanical Services - Rigging Technician working across the Greater Sydney area who are passionate about contributing to the success of our business. You’ll be working across a variety of sites including Commercial sites, Offices, Retail, Construction etc, providing mechanical repairs and rigging of plant equipment.

What will you be doing?

- Identify defective mechanical components across a range of HVAC systems.
- Replace drive shafts, bearings, motors & pulleys.
- Major asset overhaul and rebuild activities on pumps and other mechanical components.

- Rigging plant equipment
- Servicing on major mechanical assets.
- Laser Alignment of pumps and motors
- Various repairs in commercial buildings including high rise office towers,



shopping centres and Data Centres.
- Work with some of the best technicians Australia has to offer in a motivated team environment.
- Identify hazards and safety issues.
- Liaise with work coordinators and management.
- Provide high level customer service to clients.
- Identify opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and recent business.

Desired Skills and Experience

What will you need to join the team?

- Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, Plumbing Licence or Rigging Ticket
- White card and Current Driver’s Licence
- Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC assets in commercial backgrounds
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously
- Highly Motivated
- Team Player
- Awesome communications skills – interact positively with colleagues and customers alike!
