The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Coordinator to support technology deployments, endpoint management and ICT asset activities within a large infrastructure organisation.

This is a hands-on coordination role working across project teams, technical specialists, operational stakeholders and external suppliers. You will coordinate rollout schedules, device activities, project documentation and reporting while ensuring actions and issues are followed through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate ICT deployment and endpoint-management activities
- Support device enrolment, configuration and rollout activities using Microsoft Intune
- Coordinate ICT assets, equipment movements and deployment schedules
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers and status reports
- Track risks, issues, dependencies and project milestones
- Liaise with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and site contacts
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record actions
- Maintain project, governance and asset documentation




- Monitor delivery progress and escalate potential delays or technical issues
- Support process improvement and accurate operational reporting

Essential Experience

- Previous experience as an ICT Project Coordinator, Deployment Coordinator or Technical Project Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Intune
- Experience coordinating endpoint, device or ICT infrastructure deployments
- Strong ICT asset-management and logistics experience
- Robust scheduling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Excel
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities across technical and operational teams
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, delivery-focused approach

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, ServiceNow or enterprise device-management environments would be highly regarded.
