You will play a key coordination role across workforce planning, resource allocation, reporting, budgeting support and contractor coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining workforce planning dashboards, tracking progress and escalating variances as required.
- Supporting ICT people-cost, revenue budget and forecast reporting.
- Coordinating contractor and vendor onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day liaison.
- Supporting people and organisational change activities affecting ICT resources.
- Using AI, automation and reporting tools to improve efficiency and insight.

About you

- Experience in scheduling, rostering, resourcing or workforce planning, ideally within an ICT or project environment.
- Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
- Confidence working with data, dashboards, budgets and forecasts.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A collaborative, adaptable and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using AI or automation tools to work efficiently.
- Experience with technical resource budgeting, forecasting or resource planning tools such as Meisterplan will be highly regarded.
- Consideration will be given to part-time arrangements, ranging from 0.6 FTE to full-time.
