About the role

As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers, responding to enquiries via phone and email and delivering a personalised, high-quality experience from first contact through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within a timely manner.
- Data entry for accurate maintenance of our database.
- Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and our client.

About you

- Fantastic communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service background
- Exceptional time management
- Contact Centre experience (either inbound or outbound)
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong computer literate skills
