Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology System Administrator role based in Sydney, NSW. The person in this role will manage and maintain servers, workstations, and core IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
Responsibilities include configuring and monitoring systems, performing regular updates and backups, and managing user accounts and access controls.
The role also involves providing day-to-day technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex incidents when needed.
The System
Administrator will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support HR technology platforms, improve system reliability, and contribute to IT process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
➤ Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac
➤ Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne & more
➤ Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune & O365
➤ Own Azure AD design, Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments
➤ Lead system implementations, migrations & process improvements
➤ Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm-wide
➤ 5+ years’ experience as an IT Administrator
➤ Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end
➤ Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders
➤ Comfortable working through ambiguity in a rapid-growing environment
