Insolvency Paralegal / Practitioner Assistant

Levi Consulting | Sydney | 3 days per week | Immediate start

We are looking for an exceptional LLB, JD or LLM student to join Levi Consulting and gain hands-on experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring and commercial advisory.

This is an chance to work directly on complex matters and develop skills well beyond a traditional paralegal role, including:

- Corporate insolvency, voluntary administration & restructuring
- Legal research and application of the Corporations Act
- Court matters, statutory reporting & stakeholder correspondence
- Financial analysis and distressed-company assessment
- Commercial advisory and client work
- File and matter management

What we are looking for:

Outstanding academic performance, excellent written communication, exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Professional services experience is preferred.



Advanced Excel and Word skills are highly desirable, as is financial modelling experience.
