About the role
You'll be working mostly across residential jobs and the odd commercial site, focusing on roller shutters, folding arm awnings, zip screens and external blinds.
This role involves height-based installations and complex fits, including check measures. You'll need to install efficiently and get it right the first time, problem-solve on-site without needing direction, deliver a high-level customer experience, and take ownership of jobs while representing the business professionally.

About you
- Proven experience installing external blinds, awnings, and roller shutters
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the installation of blinds and awnings
- Experience with roller blinds, awnings, roller shutters, and zip screens
- Strong capability working outdoors and with challenging install surfaces
- Confidence in check measuring and identifying issues before install
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Thrives on responsibility and is motivated to push the business forward
