Roof Masters East Coast Australia is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our team at our Belmont office.

The Role

This is a warm-lead sales position - absolutely no cold calling.

You will be responsible for managing potential customers from the initial enquiry through to closing the sale.

Your role will include

- Contacting new leads and setting appointments for our roofing assessors
- Following up with customers after our assessor has attended site
- Discussing the customer's scope of works and quote
- Answering questions and handling customer objections
- Negotiating with potential customers
- Confidently closing sales over the phone
- Following up outstanding quotes and opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with potential customers throughout the sales process
- Working closely with our roofing assessors to maximise every chance

About You We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven sales experience
- Is highly confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Has strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knows how to overcome objections and ask for the sale
- Is motivated by targets and commission
- Has excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Is highly organised, reliable and results-driven, with strong administrative skills




- Is comfortable managing administrative tasks and keeping accurate records
- Can quickly learn and keep up with new systems, software and processes
- Can work independently and take ownership of their sales pipeline
- Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement or a similar industry is an advantage

There is no cold calling involved. You'll be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry or expressed interest in our roofing services. Hours & Location

- Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Belmont, NSW

Salary & Benefits

- $80,000 base salary to start
- $5,000 salary increase every six months for the first two years, based on performance and progression
- High commission structure
- Expected total earnings well over $120,000+ p.a. for a successful salesperson
- 12% superannuation
- 4 weeks paid annual leave
- Accumulated sick leave
- Monday–Friday working hours
