Our client is a market-leading funds management business that is looking to hire an Investment Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with custodians, fund administrators and other third parties;
- Relationship management of Fund managers, operations specific;
- Holdings and cash reconciliations to custodians and fund administrators;
- Corporate action processing across multiple asset classes;
- Unit price reconciliations and oversight of unit price delivery;
- Ensuring other daily, weekly and monthly operational or client service deliverables are met; AND
- Portfolio administration for domestic and global equities, fixed income and other asset classes.
Key Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Funds Management;
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Financial services experience is an advantage;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills; AND
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
