Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Work closely with senior staff to maintain financial records and documentation.

Financial Administration:

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.

- Support in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in achieving team goals.

- Assist with back up reception & customer support when required

Learning and Development:

- Receive mentorship to develop accounting skills and knowledge.

- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role.

Technical Skills:

- Utilise accounting software and tools for efficient bookkeeping.

- Develop proficiency in financial data entry and reconciliation.





Adaptability and Problem Solving:

- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving tasks and challenges.

- Contribute to problem-solving efforts with a proactive approach.

Confidentiality:

- Handle financial information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:
