About the Role In this position, you will work closely with our Estimating and Scheduling Managers to enhance your estimating capabilities while supporting the accurate costing and delivery of our residential building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing sales estimates and costings for single-storey residential homes, including custom designs.
- Costing amendments and changes to Forma Homes standard house designs.
- Preparing costs for variations during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Supporting the Prestart process by accurately costing client selections and upgrades.
- Assisting with the preparation of building contracts and associated documentation.
- Determining site costs and site-specific building requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and current pricing.
- Assisting in maintaining our estimating database, pricing, and recipes.




- Providing day-to-day estimating support to the Estimating and Scheduling Manager and the wider team.
- Collaboratively working across our sales, pre-construction, and construction teams.

About You This role is particularly suited for an experienced residential construction Scheduler who has developed a robust understanding of building costs, materials, and processes and is now ready to transition into Estimating. To be successful, you will ideally possess:

- A minimum of 3 years of residential construction scheduling experience.
- A strong understanding of residential construction methods and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Confidence in your abilities while remaining open to learning and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with construction estimating or scheduling software.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
