Oxford Bathrooms is growing and looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with construction or trade experience who wants to move into project management.
You will work with our team to organise bathroom renovations, coordinate trades and keep clients updated throughout each project.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate bathroom renovation jobs from start to finish.
- Organise trades and confirm when they are required on site.
- Keep project schedules and calendars up to date.
- Visit sites and check that work is progressing.
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated.
- Speak with trades and help resolve any issues.
- Check plans and make sure trades understand what is required.
- Report progress and any problems to the office.
- Help make sure jobs stay on time and run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in construction, renovations, trades or project coordination.
- Bathroom or kitchen experience is a bonus.
- Good communication skills.
- Well organised and reliable.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable dealing with clients and trades.
- Able to read basic plans.
- Willing to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Full driver’s licence.
- Australian working rights.
- Two qualified references.

If you’re a plumber, carpenter, builder, tiler, apprentice who has progressed well, site supervisor or experienced tradesperson looking to move into project management, we’d like to hear from you.
You don’t need to have extensive project management experience. Construction knowledge, organisation and the right attitude are more important.
