Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family-owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3-minute drive from Highett train station. - Detail to documentation including care plans, behaviour support plans, family consultations.
- Advanced Communication skills.
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
- Current National Police Check
- An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Be vaccinated against COVID 19
- Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
