Your Role

As our Australian operations continue to grow, this newly created position will help strengthen our local sales capability and provide technical support across projects, sales, after-sales and service activities.

Working alongside our experienced Process Engineer and collaborating with our engineering specialists in Germany, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of technologies, applications and customer projects.

Your key responsibilities

- Supporting project execution and providing technical assistance to customers

- Providing technical input and support during the preparation of quotations and proposals

- Supporting the structured follow-up of active leads and sales opportunities from a technical perspective

- Participating in technical customer discussions and assisting with the development of engineering solutions

- Acting as a local interface between Australia and our Process Engineering team in Germany





- Assisting with the preparation and review of P&IDs;, equipment sizing, technical calculations, sales tools and engineering documentation

- Supporting the After-Sales team with technical enquiries and quotation preparation

- Assisting the Service team with process-related questions, fault analysis and troubleshooting

- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, project information and reference materials

- Supporting the wider BCA team with operational and technical engineering activities

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated and keen to build a career in process and chemical engineering.

Ideally, you will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline

- Recently graduated or have gained some early-career industry experience
- A strong technical mindset and an interest in understanding how industrial processes and equipment work

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The confidence to communicate with customers and colleagues in a skilled environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a local and international team

Exposure to industrial process equipment, heat transfer, energy systems, P&IDs; or similar technologies would be advantageous but is not essential.
