Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Riverwalk Werribee. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is confident working with children across the 3–5 year old age group, has strong kindergarten experience and is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

As a Floating ECT, you will work across our kindergarten rooms, providing high-quality educational programs and supporting children and educators where needed. You'll play an important role in creating a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment while building genuine relationships with children, families and your fellow educators.

The Opportunity As our Floating Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

- Support the delivery of high-quality, play-based kindergarten programs across our 3–5 year old rooms
- Develop and implement engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Aspire's Connect, Learn, Grow framework
- Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families




- Support children with a range of learning, developmental and behavioural needs
- Confidently implement positive behaviour guidance strategies
- Work collaboratively with educators and Centre Leadership to support children's learning and development
- Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
- Maintain strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards and documentation requirements
- Contribute to a positive team culture and support the ongoing development of the kindergarten programs
- Provide flexibility and support across the centre as required

Initial roster: 9:30am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am–6:00pm Friday for the first week. About You We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who has:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Current VIT registration – provisional or full
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher
- Experience working with children across the 3–5 year old age group
- Experience confidently managing and supporting challenging behaviours
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong curriculum knowledge and compliance awareness
- A confident, reflective and relational teaching style
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning,



development and wellbeing
- A team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate with educators and Centre Leadership
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Please note: Applicants must hold a Bachelor-level Early Childhood qualification or above and current VIT registration. Graduate Diploma qualifications will not be considered for this position.
