About the Role:
Reporting to the Main Pool Installer, you will be part of a small team of 2-3 people who go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right and the customer’s needs are met.
We pride ourselves on bringing to life a customers' dream backyard with high-quality custom-made fibreglass pools and we are looking for some new labourers to help achieve this! Learn the skills to one day lead your own projects!
Key Responsibilities:
- Digging trenches
- Plumbing pipe installations
- Screeding for pool placement
- Shovelling & wheelbarrowing sand
- Securing construction fencing
- Sweeping & general site clean-up
- Assisting the Main Installer with site photos & admin tasks
- Sand compaction using hose extension & pencil vibe
- Setting up swimming pool equipment
- Working as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Ensuring strong relationships with suppliers & contractors
- Actively solving problems on-site
