About Our Client Our client is a leading manufacturer in the construction and infrastructure industry, known for delivering high-quality precast concrete products across Australia. What You Will Be Doing
You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment assisting with the production of precast concrete products. Duties may include general labouring, assisting welders, operating gantry cranes, or if licenced operating HR vehicles. You will be required to work in hot conditions, complete physically demanding tasks, and contribute to a productive team workplace.
What You Will Need:
- Previous labouring or manufacturing experience
- Welding experience (highly regarded for welder roles)
- Gantry crane experience (advantageous)
- HR Licence (highly desirable)
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts starting from 5AM
- Ability to work in hot environments and complete manual tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
