As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist, Superannuation to drive capability, build knowledge and support the ongoing development of our operational teams.

This is an exciting prospect for a superannuation subject matter expert who is passionate about learning, coaching and helping others succeed.

Reporting to the Training & Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, developing training content, coaching employees and ensuring our people remain current with superannuation products, legislation and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

- Identify training needs and capability gaps across Superannuation teams.
- Design and deliver engaging product, technical and regulatory training.
- Develop and maintain digital learning content through our LMS.
- Deliver coaching and mentoring to support individual and team development.
- Create and maintain learning resources, guides and process documentation.
- Incorporate legislative and industry changes into training programs.
- Support competency assessments and capability reporting.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and learning outcomes.

What you'll bring

- 5+ experience within Superannuation
- Strong understanding of superannuation products, legislation and operations.
- Experience designing and delivering workplace learning programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience developing online learning content and assessments.
- Strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)
