We're recruiting an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Brisbane office of one of Australia's leading law firms, providing direct support to two highly regarded Employment Law Partners - both of whom are described as great Partners to work for! The Opportunity...

As their Legal Assistant, you'll play an key role in keeping the practice running smoothly. Working closely with two Partners, you'll provide comprehensive admin and practice support for their Employment Law practice, with your responsibilities including:

- Preparing and formatting legal correspondence and court documents
- Monitoring court dates, deadlines and key commitments
- Assisting with presentations, events and business development initiatives for the Partners
- Expense management and end-of-month billing
- Managing busy diaries & coordinating meetings
- Coordinating travel, training and CPD requirements

Required Experience...





We're looking for an experienced Legal Assistant or Legal PA with at least 2 years' experience who enjoys supporting busy lawyers and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. You'll bring excellent organisation and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the initiative to anticipate what needs to be done. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, builds strong working relationships and is looking for a long-term opportunity.

Please note this role is not suited to law students or graduates
