This small firm of award-winning practitioners specialises in litigation work with a particular emphasis on family law. Our office is located at Erina with plenty of parking and amenities nearby. The firm is committed to innovative and environmentally friendly practices. The clients that you will be dealing with each day come from all walks of life.

The role

You will be working full time in our beautifully appointed office. This fast-paced and team-focussed role will have you:

- Meeting and greeting clients and answering incoming calls

- Liaising with clients and other members of the profession

- Managing correspondence, documents and diaries

- Opening, closing and managing files

- Preparing, typing and amending documents

- Managing the upkeep of the office

The candidate To be successful for this role you must have:

- Experience working in an office environment, preferably in the legal profession

- Experience working in, or some exposure to, family law and/or litigation is preferable but not essential
- A flexible,



enthusiastic and positive attitude

- Immaculate presentation and a professional phone manner

- Experience using LEAP, Outlook and Word preferable but not essential
