Live4Life Officer
Morwell, Victoria | Part Time - 16 Hours per week
Fixed Term until 31 December 2027 | Band 5: $42.12 - $48.42 per hour
We're looking for a Live4Life Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll coordinate and support the delivery of youth mental health initiatives, build strong partnerships across schools and community organisations, and help improve the health and wellbeing outcomes of young people across Latrobe City.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and support the local Live4Life Latrobe City Partnership Group.
- Support the delivery of Teen and Youth Mental Health First Aid programs in secondary schools and the community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organisations and partner agencies.
- Coordinate meetings, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Participate in project monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with planning, funding opportunities, reporting and project implementation.
About You You are passionate about supporting young people and improving community wellbeing outcomes.
You bring strong relationship-building and project coordination skills and enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are organised, proactive and motivated by delivering programs that create positive change.
Key Selection Criteria
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing and evaluating community projects related to social, health or wellbeing outcomes.
- Degree, diploma and/or experience in health, mental health, community development, youth, education or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver projects on time and within budget.
