An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Reward Manager to join a well-known lifestyle clothing brand during an important period of growth and transformation.

n

Based in Melbourne, this senior position will lead the organisation’s reward strategy across remuneration, incentives, benefits and employee share plans. Working closely with the executive leadership team, People & Culture leaders and key stakeholders, you will ensure the reward framework remains competitive, commercially aligned and supports the attraction and retention of exceptional talent.

The Role n

You will be responsible for:

- Developing and delivering the organisation’s overall reward strategy.
n
- Leading annual remuneration reviews, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
n
- Managing short-term and long-term incentive programs.
n
- Overseeing the design, implementation and administration of employee share plans.
n
- Reviewing and improving employee benefits and recognition programs.
n
- Providing expert advice on executive remuneration and reward-related matters.
n
- Preparing remuneration insights, recommendations and reports for senior leadership and the Board.
n
- Ensuring reward programs comply with relevant legislation, governance requirements and internal policies.
n
- Partnering with Finance, Payroll, Legal and People & Culture teams.
n
- Using market data and analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
n




- Communicating complex reward programs clearly and effectively across the business.
n

About You n

To be successful, you will bring:

n

n
- Significant experience in a senior reward, remuneration or compensation and benefits position.
n
- Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, salary benchmarking and incentive design.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing or implementing employee share plans.
n
- Experience working with executive remuneration and senior leadership teams.
n
- Strong commercial, analytical and financial capability.
n
- A thorough understanding of reward governance and relevant Australian employment requirements.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
n
- Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods or another fast‑paced commercial environment will be highly regarded.
