We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead capability initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:

- Design and deliver learning frameworks aligned to strategic priorities
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps
- Partner with leaders and SMEs to create practical learning solutions
- Develop programs that support adoption of recent systems and ways of working
- Deliver engaging learning across classroom, virtual and digital formats
- Manage LMS requirements,



reporting and compliance
- Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Capability or Organisational Development
- Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
- Experience delivering learning solutions in complex environments
- Knowledge of learning technologies and LMS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience

This role can be either 4 or 5 days per week and offers a hybrid working environment.
