Position:
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact between technicians, customers and internal teams, coordinating schedules, mobilisations and service jobs from start to finish. This is a varied, fast-paced role where strong organisation and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service jobs, technicians and site mobilisations
- Manage customer communication, site access, travel and job requirements
- Track WIP, warranty work, recurring jobs and outstanding tasks
- Maintain accurate job information and documentation in SimPRO
- Support invoicing, progress claims and general service administration
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling or job administration
- Background in a technical, engineering, industrial or trade environment
- Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills
- Experience with SimPRO or similar job management software
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems proactively
