Join the passionate team at Milestones Early Learning Narangba as a Float Educator, supporting children and educators across our learning environments while building meaningful relationships throughout the centre.

We are seeking a warm, flexible and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to work 30 hours per week, spread across 5-hour shifts, providing support where it's needed most throughout the day. This is the perfect opportunity for an educator who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a positive impact across all age groups.

About You

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Have a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Are adaptable and enjoy working across different age groups and learning environments
- Bring positive energy, initiative and teamwork to every day
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
