About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will support the Centre Manager in leading daily operations while inspiring a culture of excellence across the service.

You will:





- Support the management of daily centre operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational success
- Mentor, coach, and develop educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through outstanding family engagement and community partnerships
- Support the team in achieving and maintaining National Quality Standards outcomes
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking for a motivated leader who brings passion, experience, and a commitment to excellence.

You'll have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- Experience supporting quality, compliance, occupancy, and business outcomes
