Educator - Inclusion Support (Full time, 5 Days Per Week)

Kids Academy Redbank Plains is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator - Inclusion Support to join our team on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely alongside our educators, children, and families to provide tailored support that empowers every child to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

About Kids Academy Redbank Plains

About You
You will be someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
You'll also have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience or training in supporting children with additional needs, developmental delays, disabilities, or inclusive education practices
- A genuine passion for advocating for children's individual strengths and abilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
