Hiring for an IT Support opportunity with one of our global FMCG clients providing onsite IT support to end users.

Location: Sydney
Role: IT Support - Adhoc (3 days in a week)

Days : Must be able to work on Mon to Wed

What you'll be doing:

- Provide IT support coordination across end users onsite.
- Take calls from users and assist with IT break/fix issues, particularly across Microsoft technologies
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and Excel-based records
- Manage and update tickets through ServiceNow
- Support ongoing IT projects and operational improvements
- Image and configure laptops, desktops & tablets
- Coordinate hardware deliveries and related activities




- Assisting IT specialists in managing IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle activities

We're looking for someone with a hands-on IT support background, solid communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced workplace.
