As a Fettler, you will be responsible for grinding, finishing, and preparing cast metal products to meet quality standards. This is a physically demanding role suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate grinders, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to remove excess metal and imperfections from cast products
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects
- Perform repetitive manual handling and production tasks
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organised work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Work collaboratively within a production team

About You

- Previous experience in labouring, manufacturing, foundry, construction, abattoir, or heavy industrial environments
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and industrial environment




- Able to understand and follow safety procedures and instructions
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current driver's licence preferred
