Job Description

- Support the Finance Business Partner with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
n
- Develop predictive analytics and provide insights supporting operational and strategic decision-making
n
- Identify, analyse, and explain key drivers of financial performance and value creation
n
- Monitor business performance against targets and support improvement initiatives
n
- Provide commercial and financial decision support to business leaders and stakeholders
n
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes
n
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes, and governance requirements
n
- Build strong relationships across the portfolio and contribute to a collaborative business partnering culture
n

Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree and post graduate qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics
n
- CPA/CA (or progress towards) is preferred
n
- Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
n




- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
n
- Current CV and a cover letter detailing alignment with the essential requirements
n
- Successful applicants require a mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
n
- Child-facing roles require successful completion of a Working with Children Check
