n Salary:$90,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing

n

Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects
n Preparing detailed reports, tenders,



and feasibility studies
n Advising clients on contracts, procurement, and value engineering
n Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
n Working with autonomy while contributing to a team-oriented team environment

n

What You'll Need

n

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
n 2–4 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role
n Proficiency in CostX and Excel
n Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
n Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence
n Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
