What You'll Do

Lead and manage a portfolio of complex insurance claims with professionalism and empathy

n

Advocate fiercely on behalf of clients to secure fair outcomes

n

Handle complex cases using your industry knowledge and negotiation skills

n

Assist with claims compliance and support process improvements

n





Guide less experienced consultants and help shape our evolving team culture

n

What You Bring

n

Proven experience in property insurance claims, domestic, commercial, or both

n

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

n

A natural ability to manage complex cases with confidence

n

Passion for client advocacy and ethical outcomes

Self-motivation and a cooperative mindset
