Full-time live-in Motel Management
As the in office management couple, you will work together to oversee the daily operations of the motel, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, clean, and comfortable stay. This role suits a practical, organised pair who complement each other's skills. There is no restaurant and all linen is outsourced.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reservations and online booking platforms
- Managing client relationships
- Providing friendly, professional customer service including seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
- Overseeing and assisting housekeeping and maintaining high cleanliness standards
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Grounds and property upkeep
- Managing payments and basic reporting
- Providing after hours on-call coverage for guest enquiries and emergencies
About You We are looking for a couple who:
- Possess 3+ years of onsite motel management experience
- Are friendly, trustworthy,
and well-presented
- Have strong communication and service skills
- Are self-motivated and able to work independently
- Have practical maintenance/handyman skills
- Have cleaning or hospitality experience
- Are competent with computers and booking systems (RMS Preferred)
- Are committed to living on-site and taking pride in the property
Licence/Certification:
- RSA or willing to obtain (Required)
- Driver Licence (Required)
- Police Clearance (Required)
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
