The chance - Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Victoria and provide important administrative support to our Logistics and Despatch function.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to build their experience in logistics and operations.

You'll be the person behind the scenes helping to keep the paperwork, systems, bookings and deliveries on track — taking care of the important details that help our wider Logistics team focus on keeping the operation running smoothly.

About the role

Working as part of our Logistics team, you’ll assist with:

- Coordinating day-to-day logistics and despatch administration.
- Preparing delivery instructions and freight documentation.
- Assisting with freight bookings and liaising with transport providers.
- Tracking deliveries and following up outstanding or delayed consignments.




- Obtaining and maintaining proof of delivery documentation.
- Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate system records.
- Assisting with stock and inventory administration.
- Preparing reports, job breakups and logistics information.
- Responding to internal enquiries.
- Providing general administrative support to the Logistics / Despatch Manager and wider team.
- Supporting the team with other administrative tasks and projects as required.

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys being organised and takes pride in getting the details right.

We’re looking for

- Previous administration or coordination experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.

Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, manufacturing or a similar environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
