- Has around 3 years' post-qualification maintenance experience
- Takes pride in their workmanship and doesn't cut corners
- Is clean, tidy and presents professionally
- Communicates well with customers
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Looks after their vehicle, tools and equipment
- Has a strong work ethic and high standards
- Wants to be part of a tight-knit team that works hard and has fun
- Is looking for somewhere they can settle in, grow and take on more responsibility
