We are seeking a caring and reliable Male Support Worker who is fluent in Mandarin to provide in-home support to an elderly client in North Lakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including showering and dressing
- Accompany the client for walks and light activities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Perform light household duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor the client's wellbeing and report any concerns or changes
Essential Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently
- Male Support Worker, due to the client's personal care needs and preference
- Patient, caring, responsible and reliable
- Valuable communication skills
- Previous Aged Care / Support Worker experience preferred
- Relevant screening checks and certificates as required
