We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant with a strong eye for graphic design, fresh ideas and the creativity to bring them to life.

Nurse Renee has a personality of its own. We’re cheeky, bold and personal, and we want someone who will immerse themselves in our brand, understand our community and get excited about pushing our marketing further.

Working closely with our marketing team and Renee, our founder, you’ll help turn ideas into content and campaigns that look good, sound like us and make people stop scrolling.

What you’ll be doing:

- Creating on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, our website and paid advertising.
- Bringing fresh ideas to product launches, campaigns and everyday content.
- Staying across current and emerging design trends, social media formats and what’s next in beauty marketing.
- Adapting trends to suit Nurse Renee’s unique personality.
- Assisting with content planning, copywriting, scheduling and campaign execution.




- Collaborating with Renee and the marketing team to take concepts from the first brainstorm through to launch.
- Reviewing content and campaign performance to help shape future ideas.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in marketing is essential, with examples of your creative work.
- Robust graphic design skills and confidence using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling.
- An understanding of social media, digital marketing and what makes content connect.
- Someone who takes the time to learn our voice, humour, products and community.
- The confidence to contribute ideas, take feedback and follow through.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
