Marketing & Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead how that offer shows up in market — across campaigns, digital channels and the broader customer experience. It’s a broad, hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys both shaping direction and being close to execution.

About the role

You’ll lead marketing across a portfolio of Yamaha-branded and white-label financial products, working across dealers, broker and direct channels.

The role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing and financial services, requiring someone who can balance creativity with commercial outcomes while operating in a regulated workplace where accuracy, consistency and compliance matter.

What you’ll be doing

- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple products and channels
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer, dealer and partner touchpoints.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis and customer insights initiatives.
- Manage agency partners to drive performance marketing outcomes across SEM, SEO and paid media.
- Develop marketing toolkits and communications that enable dealer network engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Oversee websites and digital content, ensuring they are accurate, compliant and optimized.




- Support and manage social media activity in line with Yamaha brand standards
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, events and partner activations.
- Manage the development of campaign assets, digital content and marketing collateral.
- Own CRM, including email marketing, distribution lists and automated customer journeys.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery is smooth and on time.
- Continuously improve the customer journey across digital and partner channels.

About you

- Experience in digital marketing and campaign delivery, including managing external agencies.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and optimization.
- Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with web, social and content platforms, with an eye for design quality.
- Impeccable communication skills, especially in written form.
