An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing activities of an established residential builder. Commencing at two days per week, this is a hands-on and varied role spanning social media, email marketing, CRM administration and broader marketing coordination. The RoleWorking closely with the leadership team and broader business, you will coordinate key marketing activities across digital channels while providing marketing support to sales and internal stakeholders.

You’ll take ownership of social media content, email campaigns, CRM administration and marketing collateral, ensuring communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate social media content, including scheduling posts, graphics and short-form video
- Prepare and distribute EDMs, newsletters and customer communications
- Maintain CRM records, audience segments, mailing lists and lead information
- Update marketing collateral, presentations, project information and email templates
- Coordinate website content updates, photography and external marketing suppliers
- Monitor and allocate incoming marketing leads to the appropriate sales contact
- Assist with campaign tracking,



monthly reporting and general marketing support

What You Will Bring

- At least 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Practical experience with social media publishing and content creation
- Experience using Canva or similar design software, video editing tools and HubSpot
- Experience maintaining CRM data, audience segmentation and email marketing campaigns
- Robust organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales teams, colleagues and external suppliers
- A qualification in marketing or communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to residential construction, property or building products will be highly regarded
