The successful applicant will need:

- Proven experience in a marketing coordination role with a diverse hands-on skill set
- Demonstrated capability in graphic design to produce polished company flyers and brochures
- Practical background managing and updating modern websites with fresh, engaging content
- Confident ability to run active social media accounts and build genuine industry engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail

Some of the responsibilities and daily tasks of a successful applicant will include:

- Designing eye-catching marketing collateral including product brochures, flyers, and sales assets
- Maintaining and enhancing our company website to optimise user experience and search visibility
- Creating, scheduling, and monitoring engaging content across all our social media channels
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Tracking campaign performance metrics and identifying new opportunities to boost market reach
- Ensuring consistent brand voice and visual standards across all digital and print touchpoints

The Package

We offer a competitive part-time package of $30.00 – $40.00 per hour superannuation (negotiable based on experience), with flexible weekly hours and performance-driven perks designed to reward your direct impact on business growth.
