As Marketing Manager within the Customer Experience marketing team. you’ll lead project-based marketing activity from concept to execution, partnering with internal teams, to deliver engaging customer communications across digital, email, social and other channels. With a Marketing Coordinator as a direct report, you'll also lead the management the marketing lifecycle emails working closely with the digital and loyalty teams to ensure our customers have everything they need before they fly.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the marketing strategy and communication approach for customer experience marketing projects
- Manage and optimise the marketing customer lifecycle and disruption communications alongside our digital and loyalty counterparts
- Support guide, and develop a Marketing Coordinator Partner with product, digital, data and analytics teams .
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring activity is on time, on budget and aligned with business objectives.
- Use customer insights and data to optimise activity and improve communication outcomes.
- Ensure marketing and communications meet brand, product and legal requirements.





To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or campaign management, including delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong experience across digital, email and customer communications.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to improve communication performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.
