Casino Food Company is a long‑established export food processor with world class processing facilities in Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, on the NSW Far North Coast. We employ a large local workforce and play a key role in the Northern Rivers economy, producing quality products for Australian and international customers.

Our Booyong plant is a medium sized pork processing facility located just outside Lismore, employing a diverse mix of approximately 150 staff.

We have opportunities for:

- Labourers, Packers and Knife Hands

- Boners, Slicers and Slaughtermen

- Entry‑level applicants encouraged as we provide full training

Duties:

- Support daily pork processing and production tasks

- Work safely in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

- Maintain clean and organised work areas

- Contribute to team output and quality standards

About You:

- Reliable, punctual and physically fit

- Able to work in a repetitive and high‑speed setting

- Willing to learn and follow safe work practices

- Team‑focused with a positive attitude
