As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our vibrant, close-knit team. Whether you’re already experienced or just starting out in medical admin, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Your Day-to-Day

As a friendly face at our front desk, you’ll play a key role in making our patients feel welcome and cared for.



You'll be helping things run smoothly by:

- Managing appointments (in person, phone, and online) and assisting with patient enquiries
- Handling payments via Medicare, Hi-CAPS, AutoMed, and EFTPOS
- Updating patient records and completing admin tasks to keep the clinic ticking
- Supporting a team that supports each other

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who:

- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and loves helping others
- Stays cool under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
- Is reliable, organised, and ready to learn
- Has flexibility to work across all three locations and is available on Saturdays

Experience with Best Practice and AutoMed is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll show you the ropes if you’re current!
