THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
- Maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
- Options for path to leadership roles within the club

If considered for the role, you will be asked to submit these:
- First Aid & CPR

- Police Check

- Working with Children Check

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game! Here’s what makes you could bring to our club:

- Passion for health and fitness, with strong gym knowledge considered an advantage
- Sales and customer service experience, with a drive to achieve goals in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for supporting members and building an inclusive community
- Social media savvy and confident creating engaging promotional content, including appearing on camera
