About us
At Switch Care Solutions, we’re dedicated to helping older Australians and people with disability, stay active, independent, and connected. We provide physiotherapy services to residents in aged care facilities and seniors and disabled people living at home.
As demand for our mobile services continues to grow, we are seeking a capable, compassionate and experienced casual physiotherapist to provide in-home physiotherapy services across Sydney’s eastern and inner-western suburbs.
We anticipate offering work on up to three weekdays per week, subject to client demand. Regular Friday availability is essential, and the successful applicant may nominate two additional preferred weekdays.

Your Role
You’ll provide in-home physiotherapy treatments to seniors on Support at Home packages and NDIS participants, focusing on rehabilitation from injury or illness, improving mobility and range of motion, functional maintenance, falls prevention and pain management.
You’ll build strong relationships with your clients and play a key role in helping them live safely and comfortably at home and continue to participate in the activities that they enjoy.
Key responsibilities
· Conduct clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
· Deliver hands-on therapy including joint mobilisation, soft tissue release and pain management.
· Implement exercise programs to improve strength, balance, coordination, range of motion and mobility.
· Monitor and review client progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
What You’ll Need
- Full working rights in Australia.
- AHPRA general registration or if limited registration, registration conditions and approved supervision arrangements must permit mobile physiotherapy practice in clients’ homes.
- Unrestricted driver’s license and use of a car.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Engaging personality and rapport building skills
- Police and NDIS Worker Screening Check
