Aim Precision Mortgage is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and self-motivated Mortgage Broker to join our mortgage and lending team.

This chance is suited to someone who is commercially driven, motivated by results and interested in building a long-term career in mortgage broking.

We welcome candidates with mortgage broking experience, as well as professionals transitioning from related industries such as banking, lending, real estate and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and develop new mortgage and lending opportunities
- Guide clients through the full lending journey, from initial discussion and strategy through to application, approval and settlement
- Assess client requirements and identify suitable lending solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and follow internal compliance processes
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver a professional client experience
- Follow up with clients, lenders and other parties throughout the application process
- Continue developing lender, product and industry knowledge
- Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of Aim Precision Mortgage

Qualifications and Skills

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking required
- Previous experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending, real estate, financial services or another relevant industry
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence when engaging with clients
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated
- Commercially minded, results-driven and motivated to succeed in mortgage broking
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong commitment to responsible lending, compliance, professional standards and ongoing development
